I created my blog not just to help my healing from a break up, but to allow myself to acknowledge why I made such poor relationship choices and to be able to turn those choices into healthier ones. I am also here to share my experiences and give my advice, support and love to those who are struggling in current relationships and with break ups.

I am thrilled you're here at Youer than You - because I want to share my journey through poor relationship choices and the change I have made towards self love, forgiveness, peace and happiness from within. By sharing this, I hope you won't feel so alone in your own relationship and self worth struggles and I hope you feel inspired to make healthier choices and find the love that you deserve - love that I can now happily say I have found!

A lot of my posts are very raw and personal - some people appreciate it, others don't. Whatever your opinion, it is my story which I am happy to share.
